  I thought that it was a little high for a wheel alignment. That if I had gone to NTB or something I would have gotten a 6 month warranty for the same price.

  I took it in to get my breaks repairs and when I picked it up I had engine problems and then they said it could not be repaired it had to have a new engine. They said it needed a new engine and the car was not worth it and they did not want to work on it. I

  The only thing that I can tell you is maybe they need to advertise more. I think they may advertise on the radio but I don't know. They need to put out more in newspapers. When I take my vehicle up there for like a brake job, you know, they call me and tell me "you need this." They don't do more than you request. If they find a problem, they call you and tell you, "we found this other stuff here. Do you want us to take care of it also while we have it apart?" They do a very thorough job of finding and fixing the problems that I take over to them. They try to do it as quickly as possible. They will also bring it to your house and pick you up. I have tried other places and I just come back to them. I have been with them for 10 years or 15 years. My son takes his ford Mustang there for repairs. He was in a wreck and another place fixed it, but they didn't do a good job at all so we had to have Master Car Care undo what the other guys did and basically do it over and they did a marvelous job! I won't be taking it in to anybody else.

  I thought the price for an oil change and new battery was a little high ($170). Plus, I think the battery cables should have been cleaned better. I don't want to be too critical...I came in at the end of day, and they worked me in for the same day.

  I got an estimate for replacement of my AC Blower motor. The service included a ride to pick up a rental car. Additional parts were needed, Mario the service manager called and we discussed the two additional parts, the cost of the parts and labor. When I picked up the truck, the price was exactly as quoted AND the work came with a 3 yr/36000 mile warranty! This place really works hard to treat their customers right!

  The guys at Master Car Care are awesome, they did the 60000 mile service in one day, used lexus parts, and were $400.00 cheaper, then they washed it (inside and out). Blake the body shop manager buffed out a small scratch that I was told needed to painted again saving me a few hundred bucks. These guys are the best I give them an A+ rating.
