Offering a 24-month/24,000 mile warranty on all repairs, Master Auto Repair also offers car delivery, financing, WiFi, and free estimates as a convenience to their customers.

  They started to say we needed things we didn't. The repair would have been upwards of 500 bucks but we took care of it for 80. They used scare tactics like saying we would have problems but it wasn't so.

  I think they were courteous, they were nice. Actually I started walking and the guy came and got me and took me to the bus stop. I think they were professional. I think they were great. They were very very nice. I was walking and he saw me walking and he said "let me show you were the bus stop is." They were good. I just say it was a great job.

  I think the thing I like the most about them is that they don't ever pressure you. I think they're very informative about telling you what you do need. At other places I have literally been lied to before. I've gone someplace else and they lied to me. I've never come anywhere close to that with Master Auto Care. The last service I had, I had tires put on my car, they gave me a loaner for the day so I could go to work. I wasn't inconvenienced. I thought that was pretty nice. All the way around they've got really good service. I like the fact that they will shuttle you to work, or home, or give you a rental car, and they don't charge you. That's a wonderful thing. They really take the hassle out of having you're car worked on.

  You should go there. They are very honest and the car is ready when they say it is. The people at the front desk are very courteous. I have recommended them and a lot of people go there also to get their car done.

  Master Auto Care has always provided quality repair work for us at an affordable price. Our vehicle repairs have always been completed when promised. The staff at the Union Road location (Scott, Pam and the others) are professional, friendly and great to work with!
