Great service, nice people, reliable. The place is a little more expensive but I can always get in very timely. They gave me a ride home. They're very professional. They gave me a follow up. I'm just very satisfied.

I had been very satisfied with Marty's, up until last July or August..immediately after the service, 2 things were at a lower function than before the service. Marty's has denied responsibility for these. Still working to resolve.

They also teach women's class on auto and it's a good class. I think other women should take it. I'm really satisfied with their work and they've always been courteous and fair.

Marty's did what I had asked Toyota to do 4 or 5 times. They did an inspection for pending/preventation and current needed repiars on my 14 year old Toyota. I will stay with Marty's forever and never go back to Toyota repair again. My SUV runs like a top now, with no unexplained noises!

The service is good, timely, professional. The problem I have with Marty's Motors is all the marketing materials and contact via email after a service. Makes me want to not go there in order to avoid the onslaught of these reminders and surveys.

The only neg. comment was a phone call to Marty's re. the cost to replace a head-light. The conversation was not what I would call user frendly.

Was told to bring my car in really early one morning so that I could get it back quickly. No major repairs done, just a diagnostic. It wound up taking most of the day and I had to keep calling to check on the progress. I would be told that someone would call me by a certain time and I would wait and wait with no return call. Finally I would just call in only to be told that they had not yet gotten to my car. Finally late in the day, after I had called back yet again, I was given a laundry list of repairs that they said needed to be done but by then I was pretty frustrated and just wanted my car back.
