My wife and I have consistently been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service we receive at Marty's Motors and have made this abundantly clear to Marty and Todd on numerous occasions. However, being asked to repeat surveys such as this is just a bit bothersome. Thank you for your efforts to ensure quality service. We do really appreciate that! Jim Wright
Was told to bring my car in really early one morning so that I could get it back quickly. No major repairs done, just a diagnostic. It wound up taking most of the day and I had to keep calling to check on the progress. I would be told that someone would call me by a certain time and I would wait and wait with no return call. Finally I would just call in only to be told that they had not yet gotten to my car. Finally late in the day, after I had called back yet again, I was given a laundry list of repairs that they said needed to be done but by then I was pretty frustrated and just wanted my car back.
