I found the price to be affordable and the customer service to be generally good. The only reason it's not a ten is because I had to wait longer than expected. They also charged extra for something I found to be complimentary at other places.
They have really great customer service. They are not pushy. They are not trying to push me into necessary things. They are conscious of where I am financially and try to help. It is rare to see that in an auto place.
They do good service. I feel like the guys there are fair and honest, they do a good job. My only issue is that they didn't reset the service warning light in my car. Other than that, they do a good charge, generally happy with what they do.
