Try shifting your truck when the engine is off, if it shifts fine, then there is something wrong with the clutch, if it shifts poorly, it is a transmission problem. Did they replace the clutch slave cylinder when they replaced the clutch. Because if not, that may be the issue.

I have seen the shift forks on this transmission so worn that it slides over the shift collar. I agree with dandd, but try looking at the clutch master cylinder grommet at the clutch pedal. I have seen it completely worn in half making shifting difficult. Also, look through the transmission inspection cover closely at the slave cylinder for seeping leaks. that is usually a sign that it has failed.

The slaves are ridiculously notorious for failure on this transmission. I'm guessing the clutch was replaced without the slave / throwout bearing combo. OR, if the slave was leaking before the clutch repair, it's possible that synchro or shift fork damage could have occured from attempting to get it into gear without success.
