Question: Manual Transmission Clutch

Is there a way to adjust the clutch? When i press in the clutch first thing in the morning, it is very stiff and then it loosens up. The clutch release is all the way at the top of the pedal play. Is this common?

  No way to adjust clutch. Sounds like clutch disk is worn out. Only repair I know is to replace clutch assembly.
