i wanted to know wht u have to do to drop the transmission and how to drop the transmission

    The labor time to remove and refit the manual transmission in your VW is about 4.5 hours if its gasoline 4 cyl and about .5 hours less if it is the 4 cyl diesel.
    If you are going to do the work your self you really need to get a workshop manual or you can get a one year subscription to the same information a majority of independent repair shops use :
