manual transmission on 2006 Hyundai Azera

My manual transmission is hatrd to shift. Should it be replaced and if so about how much?

may be a clutch problem
Make sure you have no floor mat getting stuck under the clutch pedal but as "shade tree auto" said most likely a clutch hydraulic problem, check the clutch fluid level if it low you have a leaking component.
How many miles are on it and if 100,000 or less take back to dealer and shoud be under warranty. Otherwise possible hydrulic problem or low on fluid.
