This shop really hits a home run when it comes to their technical ability. Their technicians on average have 24 years of experience and are all ASE certified, with three of them having achieved ASE Master Technician status. Our assessment showed a solid assortment of scan tools and other diagnostic equipment necessary to perform all of the functions we would expect of a high quality repair shop. Malless has much of what we expect from a Top Shop. They take a lot of pride in providing a clean and easily accessible facility for their customers. In addition, they offer a shuttle service and have an after-hours drop off for your convenience.

I checked on their service on Angie's List and most of the reports were "A." I tried them and they did a very good job. My son has a Ford. He took it to the dealer and the price they wanted for the repairs were astronomical. When he took it to Malless it was about half the price as the dealership for the repair. They were honest and reasonable on their repairs.

Pros:
Very honest and fair. Very professional. Very competent and knowledgeable. Seems they treat your car the way they would treat their own. Advises toward needed repairs and away from unnecessary ones.
Cons:
Victim of their own success = very busy.
Never any same-day appointments, you have to schedule ahead.
No same-day, "while you wait" oil change bay.Summary:

They were very good and professional, and they got the job done on time. I know that they gave me an estimate, although I don’t remember the price, and did the work at whatever the estimate was. There were no surprises. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.
