major service requirements at 105,000 miles. Front/rearl differentials? on 2005 GMC Yukon

I am trying to determine what is required. My truck has had all timely oil changes etc. Does it need new front/rear differential? Transfer case? fluid flushing? what is exactly needed

At 100k I flush all fluids of a vehicle. Some manufacturers suggest it a different intervals, but those intervals are put in place by pencil pushing engineers that have never had grease under their nails. It never hurts to change fluids.

thank you, do you also suggest this to be done every 50-60k miles?

If you do this make sure the correct type lubes are put back along with any additives required!
