 Rookie

Yesterday, I replaced my starter. Two problems accompanying that were:my left headlight is out. Normally I would assume they are burnt out but it is both the low and high beam. Finding this out led me to the conclusion to check the fuses but all of the fuses are fine. Also by disconnecting my battery the anti theft system kicked in and now my audio system is demanding a code, which I believe I have, but it is not accepting it. Detailed instructions on how to fix?
My power windows have also been acting up lately. Either they need to be oiled or new motors I am not sure. Detailed instructions on how to fix?
