Question: maintenance schedule for Elantra

 Rookie

I have a 2010 Elantra and according to the owners manual should have scheduled maintenance at 37500 but when I called a dealership they said next maintenance was @ 45000. I'm definitely not dying to spend money I don't have to, so as long as I am getting regular oil changes and rotate tires should I not worry about it till 45K?

  I can't imagine why they'd turn away easy work when it's in your maintenance book. I suppose if you get the oil changed and rotate the tires you'll be OK. Just don't invalidate your warrantee by not having the service stamp, or a receipt if those are required as stated in the warrantee book. I'm such a worrier..
