Recently I had an oil change and routine maintenance completed for 70,000 miles. Shop reset my mileage for oil change, tire rotation. However, my Maintenance Required light has come back on. How can I have it removed so that next service visit is set in computer?

Bret Bodas from RepairPal Test Shop, December 26, 2009, 20:02ReplyMasterThese service lights can be tricky to reset, so it may just need to be reset again. Take it to the shop that performed the service and have them reset it again, they should do this for free, while you wait.

MasterI would go back to the shop and have them set your light correctly. Sounds like it was not done correctly the first time.
