Took my car in for relatively minor repair (replace thermostat & thermostat housing), ended up having it towed to another shop because this place blew a head gasket. They don't know what they're doing; Hayes manual clearly says DO NOT DRIVE when doing the repairs my car needed, but check it ONLY by running the engine up to temp w/o driving - my wife saw them drive the car repeatedly. At first the LIAR named Kevin tried to say he didn't drive the car, then said he only drove it a little bit. I know very well there was NO blown head gasket; my drive to work is 86 miles round-trip, and the car was running too cool, NOT overheating, there was no smoke, and the oil was clean. The trouble code was P128 - look it up - it means engine running cool, not overheating. Blown head gasket does NOT make car run cool. Steer clear of this place - either don't know what they're doing or are out-right crooks. I will be suing these jokers for blowing up my engine.

Took my truck in to have the brakes checked. Was told I needed pads replaced on rear along with new rotors. I told them to make the repair along with doing the front axle. Drove the truck home after repair . When I got out of the truck I could smell hot brakes. I took the truck back to them and was told it now needed new calipers, that one was dragging and one was frozen up. When I picked truck up the 2nd time, I asked to see the old parts. Upon inspection, the parts did not match the diagnosis they had given me. I spoke with the owner and he agreed with me. He told me he would investigate and get back with me. Three days went by and I hadn't heard from him. I called back and he advised he was still not done with his investigation and would definately call me. He never did. I would/will not go back.
