Horrible, Horrible customer service. Brought car in to replace the fuel pump we had installed there almost a year before, they supposedly had put a new one in. We have had the car in there 5 times in the past 2 months, for the same issues. Finally they tell us the 2nd fuel pump was bad as well, and refuse to let us replace for free, claiming some loophole in a warranty that we never saw.

After meeting with the Service manager, they ended up giving us a new fuel pump. However, they bold face lied to us saying we couldn't take the car off the lot due to the fact it might break down, when in fact they had already fixed the fuel pump without our knowledge. So basically they held our car hostage trying to milk more money out of us, when it wasn't needed, and lied about it. Once we refused to pay more, to the manager, that's when they said we could take the car.

We also have reasons to believe the original fuel pump was never replaced, due to the fact the car seat needed to be moved to get to it, and it wasn't. This past time it was. The manager had no answer for that, yet wouldn't find out either.

Very deceitful company, will never take a car there again. If the issue arises again, I will take it elsewhere, and charge Magic City for it, and take it to court if need be. I have plenty of ammo.

I had my truck serviced at Magic City and it was the best experience I have ever had anywhere. They took me right in and even washed and vacuumed it for me. Great job!!

I guess it's our fault for trusting Magic City Ford. My family had been buying and taking cars there to be serviced for years. Over 30 of them. You fall into a relaxed routine and start trusting people too much after a while I guess.
Over the last couple years you'd bring your car in for an oil change and they'd say oh yeah, you need some new breaks also. bring it in next time for an oil change and it would be you now need the front disc's replaced. Well, if they were that close, why didn't you suggest it three months ago when I had the pads replaced? I know now, so you could charge me more for it later!
Every time we take a car in, regardless of what it's for, they seek out other work to do. They call it a courteous vehicle inspection. You know, while it's here, let's make sure it doesn't need anything else! They have said my car has needed work when I know it doesn't. I've had second opinions and even thirds to confirm it.
::Specifically-Last time I was in there they were to replace my break booster for me. Well, they did. But the cars transmission has been messed up ever since. Not a single problem before it went in, but since then it's hard to get out of park.
The cars in the service area are left unlocked, parked around back in less traveled areas and anybody has access to them at any time. We have lost an item out of a car. Like I said, our fault though.
Would I take a car back. No. I don't think they are honest people and I think they take advantage of you any way they can.
I feel sorry for the elderly people I see at the counter. Always being told there's something else that needs to be done.
They say they have all these awards for customer service,etc... Yeah, well when your good at pulling the wool over peoples eyes, you have a tendency to brag about it. Not to mention you only have one other Ford dealer in the area as competition these days and that's not saying much because they are hated just as much at MCF.
