The mass airflow meter is between the air filter housing and the throttle body, often times it is attached to the air filter hosing.

The distributor shaft bearing can become rusty, and seize causing the engine to stall or not start. The failed distributor will commonly require replacement.
Read forums, tried disconnecting MAFS, O2 and TPI sensors. No Luck. I ran concentrated injector cleaner through gas... Worked for 2 weeks! Problem returned.. Tried same treatment... no luck this ti...
two mechanics and the ford dealer cant tell me whats wrong,I was told to take it to Nissan due to the engine.lots of stuff already replaced,let it sit a little and it will start back up.
