Horrible, I bought a transmission from MIJ less than a year ago. I had nothing but trouble with the transmission telling these morons many times that the new transmission ran like crap. after taking it to them repeatedly and then finally threatening to bring it to another shop to get it diagnosed then did they FINALLY replaced it with a new transmission see it was under warranty but surprise surprise the labor not included so these clowns wanted 1,100 after I paid 4700 less than a year ago for the new transmission ! After fighting with the owner I finally ended up paying 300 even tho I shouldn't have had to pay anything they should have compensated me for my truck being broke, constantly having to tow my car there and all the time I wasted nightmare! Never again! I also have to question other work that they said I needed and that I listen to them.
I had cash only to pay for my oil change this last time, and the store did not have enough to change to give me, one of the guys there covered about 3 bucks of the total.
Service was top notch and they kept me up to date on everything.
