  Very impressed. It was raining and I showed up Saturday morning with my check engine light on. The mechanic came out in the rain, plugged in to see what the diagnostic code was, reset it for me, and said it was probably just a loose gas cap. He did all this without charging me! Most places would've charged some $80 diagnostic fee nonsense, and managed to find something else to 'fix'.

  I will definitely come back again if I have any future car issues.

  I went to Mad Hatter today and they replaced my muffler in no time! The cost was very economical, the staff was very friendly and courteous, treated me with the utmost respect and honesty. I will recommend Mad Hatter to everyone I know, I've never been treated so fair at a shop!

  The guys here are awesome. The muffler and exhaust work they did to my car was amazing, and they completed it in such a timely manner, I was very impressed. I was so impressed I brought my wifes car to get exhaust work done as well a few days later. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were very professional and the office was very clean and customer oriented.

  I brought my Honda Civic there to get a performance exhaust system put on my car. The staff was real helpful with what muffler to use on my car. The price was real reasonable and the work was outstanding. I will tell everybody to get there exhaust done there.

  I had some concerns about my car, I thought I needed an alignment. I went to another name brand place and I left there with an estimate of over $1300.00. My friend said go to MAD HATTER, people there you can trust, it ended up only being a driver side strut. I paid $249.95 and I was on my way! the car is running great and I have such a sense of goodness that finally a mechanic did not take advantage of a people. They are my mechanic from now on and I will definitely recommend them.

  This Tampa auto repair shop, really rocks, their customer service is A, their attention to detail and quality of work is A. I would start using mad hatter from now on. Jose the Advisor is really knowledgable and cares for the customer. By the way they also repair transmission, they do brakes and radiators. So if you have and auto issue, do not forget Mad Hatter Mufflers in Tampa for all your car care needs
