  I am a MAC customer since 2006. Recently, in 2008, my 2001 Grand Cherokee had problems due to some sensors not reporting the actual trouble correctly. The crew at MAC's modern shop took their time to trace down every sensor and succeeded in determining trouble with two of the ignition coils! Very reasonable prices, always lower than any dealership in my area. Very kind, attentive and dedicated attendants. Usually busier during weekends, and not so much Monday through Thursday. The MAC shop is located at the far end of the third building inside the Dulles South Court complex, the light next to the Cadillac and Hummer dealerships. An appointment is suggested or one can also await comfortably in their spacious, beautiful and clean waiting area with couches, magazines, coffee, vending machine, TV and children play area. My parents, my brother and his wife, personal friends and even co-workers continue to use them for state inspections, oil changes, tune-ups, major engine and transmission systems repairs, brakes and rotors, windshield seals and wipers, lights, steering and alignment, tire repair, rotation, balancing and replacement, suspension, electrical systems, and minor body bumps. Also, the company I work for has a vehicle fleet service setup with MAC and they praise MAC's quick response, great quality and pricing.
