My Hyundai Accent makes a low vibration humming noise when going over 20mph. It is constant and sounds like I am driving with a set of thick treaded mudder tires. Runs OK otherwise.

Sounds like uneven tire wear problems. Check that the tire pressure is OK, the spec is in the owner's book and maybe on the doorjamb sticker. If you have no info, use 30 PSI. Feel the tire treads and look at them to see if there's uneven tread wear. I'm guessing this is a tire noise rather than wheel bearing problems because you say 'humming' rather than 'grinding' which is more like a wheel bearing. If the tires are smoothly worn, have the wheel bearings checked out.
