low tire on 2000 Buick Century

in the instrument panel the low tire light comes on is that a fuse or something else

theres a way to reset that ,button in glove compartment ,after u set air pressure...or under dash...then u gotta drive 3 miles..

Check the air pressure in all the tires. There is a sensor in each wheel, and the sensor could be bad in one of them. There is a procedure to reset the position of the sensors, but it is easier if you have the tire pressure monitor tool. It would easier if you could take it to a tire shop, and ask them to check it for you, they have the tools to do this, and usually no charge to check it.
