where is the idle adjustment screw located at on a 2001 honda civic lx coupe. It idles from 2-500rpm. thank you

  You have another problem. Don't touch the throttle stop screw, it's set at the factory and must not be adjusted, it's not an idle speed control. There's a procedure for setting it if it's been tampered with.
  I recommend finding a Honda expert to help you.
