Question: low idle

 Rookie

when i start my car it kinda putts at first and then it has a low idle. it idles at 2-500rpm. i have replace the idle air control valve. is there an idle screw on the throttle body and if so where at? I have a 2001 honda civic lx coupe.

    You have another problem. Don't touch the throttle stop screw, it's set at the factory and must not be adjusted, it's not an idle speed control. There's a procedure for setting it if it's been tampered with.
    I recommend finding a Honda expert to help you.
