Question
sometimes I hear a fluid swooshing around on the passenger side of my Camry I checked my antifreeze level and it was low, the fluid was pink is it ok to add prestone to the pink fluid. My car was hit by a deer last year and the radiator was damaged, they were supposed to have replaced it could this be a possibile cause
Answer #1
You should be sure to add the correct type of coolant to the cooling system of your 2005 Toyota Camry. If you wish to use prestone, their extend life coolant is compatible with any extended life coolant regardless of color. Please monitor your cooling system carefully after adding coolant. If your coolant loss continues it may be necessary to have your cooling system inspected by a qualified technician to determine the cause. A leaking radiator would be one of many possible causes for loss of engine coolant.
