My high beams are working but the low beams are not. I have checked all fuses and relays and they are functional. The car was slightly damaged in a front end collision where the air bags where deployed. Could the force of the airbag caused the switch to break or am I missing something else electrical. The bulbs are new. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Check again fuses 17 and 18 (both 10 Amp, they supply power to high then low beam. Black at each front head light bulb is ground, and red/orange or violet should have power in either the high or then low beam position. Fuse 15 and 16 bring power to the headlight switch ensure these 4 fuses are OK after theses initial tests you will need a wiring diagram and voltmeter and trace the circuit to trouble shoot.
