i just bought a 2001 Acura CL-Type S with 78K. runs and sounds great, starts with no problem, idles at around 500rpm.... a person that has never driven the car before would probably not notice anything. i remembered driving my friends 2001 CL Type-S, i could tell the difference.. slow acceleration, it almost feels like my 1st gear is 2nd gear... has anyone had this problem? i need help!!!
I've replaced the air fiter and spark plugs but no difference...

Were you able to get the acceleration to where you thought it should be? What did you end up doing to it?

TechnicianHOOK UP A SCANNER AND CHECK FOR CODES
ON THE SCANNER LOOK FOR LONG TERM FUEL TRIM ,ALSO.
CHECK FUEL FILTER AND EXHAUST FOR RESTRICTION
