Question: Loud Squeaking Sound on Recently replaceds Brake Pads and Rotors

I'm concerned, I replaced my brake pads and rotors back in July 2009. But I have noticed withint the last 3 days a very loud squeaking sound (it is the same sound as before i did the repair). I must tell you though that I traveled over 500 miles recently. Could this be the cause? I didnt think that brake pad worn down that quick

MasterHi DeeDee,
It's hard to know what may have caused the problem until the source of the noise has been found. I would take the car back to the shop that performed the brake repairs and have it inspected. Good Luck, let us know what they find.Flag ThisLike | 1 person likes this1
