Recently purchased this and ran great for the first week, now when starting it will have lots of white smoke, takes about 30 minutes to stop smoking/warm up, then when driving it seems to have no power. When it does finally get going, the automatic gear changes jerk really bad.

This is not a good sign, especially if you just purchased the truck. Take it back to where you bought it if possible, this sounds like a blown head gasket.
