Ford Taurus Clunk and/or Rattle Due to Worn Inner Tire Rod Ends

While steering, if you hear a clunk or a rattle, or if you experience premature tire wear, this could indicate the inner tie rod ends are loose or worn and will require replacement.

When I turn or hit a bump u hear the clunk noise.people tell me it's a tie rod but not sure.what do u think -
when I am steering to the right I get a thumping sound and the tire is wearing on the edge -
