Loose steering wheel on 1990 Buick LeSabre

Tilt-steering; steering wheel is loose and moves freely in all directions. How can I tighten?

Need to disassemble the steering column and use #8 reverse torx sockets to tighten the 3 bolts that hold the column together. here is a link to a site that has good quality, very close to Pro level, repair manuals. http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online
