    Technician at shop trolled me on my personal email account, said he searched the web for my contact info...b/c of my review...out of control...this site sucks and so does this shop and its people...

    When my car went out of warranty I knew the dealer wouldn't treat me with the same eagerness to fix my vehicle as they had when it was in warranty. So, after researching and hearing that my friends used Lone Star, I had to give them a call. I was pleased when I found out they only work on BMW, Benz, and MINI. This showed me that they aren't trying to know every car ever made, just three brands! My confidence in this business was lifted before I ever walked in the door! The level of professionalism and attention to detail was what really blew me away! This business is a local gem and they treat all their clients, new and old, with a high level of respect and they make sure the job is done right the first time! So if you are looking for a place to take your BMW, Benz, or MINI... This is the place to go!

    We were stranded on our way through the DFW area and went to Lone Star Bavarian based on their location and recommendations from other sites. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. They frankly discussed repair options with associated risks and provided regular updates throughout the repair process. They made the experience of requiring repairs while away from home about as painless as that experience can be. We highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian.

    My vehicle is still under warranty but I am so tired of being talked down to and disrespected at the dealer. This group has a great rep according to my friend so I tried them out. Wow, I would have never expected this type of professionalism, expertise and hospitality from a an independent shop. Kudos to Lone Star Bavarian for giving way more than I expected.
