Question: locking a wire wheel cover

I bought replacement wire wheel cover for a missing one. However, my wheel cover locking key doesn't work on the replacement cover. Is there any way to secure the new cover without the appropriate locking key?

    Sometimes you can install just a standard bolt dependent on what type retaining bolt yours has, but you may have to put a washer on the bolt if the hole thru the cover is too large. Not theft proof but none of them really are anyway.
