Where exactly is the oil filter and drain plug for a 2009 Honda Accord and is it easy to get to for a back yard mechanic?

  Have you even got under the car a looked at the bottom of the engine. If you don't know what a oil filter & drain plug looks like then DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE YOUR OIL!

  The oil filter and drain plug are easily accessible. They are right next to each other right behind the cut out on the splash shield.
