location of heater blower motor on 1990 Ford Taurus

my problem is the blower motor starts and stops, there are no sounds just starts and stops without notice it works in the morn and at lunch break at the end of the day no air/ nothing blowing, what is the location of bower motor/ relay

check your fuses. if its not them the blower motor resistors are behind the right side of the instrument panel, inside the heater plenum

The cabin filter was changed a month ago at 40,000 miles. The switch barely works on any setting except high and then it blasts you. This happens on all settings: ac, heater, defrost and vent.
