Question: location of Blower Relay Switch

I need the location of the Resistor or Relay switch for the blower.

     Master

    the blower resistor is mounted on the blower motor and is
    sold as a separate part (1408218351 $308.00). this is located inside the engine compartment, passenger side at the cowl. remove plastic cover, then remove a/c cabin filter. the motor is there.

    are you speaking of the airfilter in the engin compartment.what is the cowl
