The fuel pump is in the gas tank. 53 to 60 psi is fuel pressure specification. It's about a 1.2 hour job to replace the pump if that is the actual problem,There is a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
