I was greeted by multiple members of the staff and offered a drink and a snack. Then they listened carefully and patiently to the problems I was having with my vehicle. Asking the right questions so they could figure out my problems quickly and accurately. They have me a complimentary loaner vehicle to use while Mine was being repaired. I was informed of each item that was wrong with my vehicle but I did not feel pressured to fix everything they found. They seemed to want to educate and empower me to make an informed decision about which repairs I should approve and which repairs I would be putting off this visit. The prices seem extremely fair for all of the amenities that came along with the service. I believe it was only $100 per hour. They informed me I have a lifetime warranty at the store and a 3 year warranty nationwide. Then they gave me a car wash! You know.... because cars run better when they're clean! All in all, BEST SERVICE EVER & A REASONABLE PRICE.

Promised truck was done several times when it was not. GM said he would call when complete....he never called. Truck was waiting out there for awhile. I got tired of waiting outside of the building. So I went in...then he says...I was just going to call you. I do not like being lied to.
When I came in, it was for a simple oil change. I asked did they have the time, if not I would come back the next day. They assured me they did. Although they additionally put on a belt, it took over 2 hours to get my car. I would prefer a realistic estimate of the necessary time, so I could realistically judge how long I would have to wait, possibly scheduling for another day if necessary.
Car was fixed after going back and forth for a week.
It was done fast.
I choose this shop based on a Google search. I asked for a new car inspection. The price was fair and the mechanic spoke with me personally after the inspection. I am now scheduled to bring one of our other family cars in for an oil change.
Michael and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The cost of repair was of course way too high, but I appreciated the clear explanation of the need to do the repair at this time.

I was treated fairly. The car was fixed correctly the first time because of the work being done we thought we need some tweaking. They've worked continuously with me to get it correct.
I only had a diagnostic preformed and decided not to have the car worked on. I talked with a mechanic friend about it and he said was a pretty fair price for the work that is done. I always hesitate to have a ton of work done at a shop because of the huge mark up on car parts. I used to work at gates so I know how cheap you can get them if you shop at the right place. Then I just need someone that knows how to do it.

The repair job took longer than expected, but it was ready the next day in the a.m. It was nice to have customer pickup service, a big plus.

Tech followed special instructions dealing with my car's peculiarities to the letter (unlike other shops).
Started with just a power steering pump drove the car about 10 miles serpentine belt came off and 4,450$ later and 2 weeks later not all things still not completed, sorry not happy!!

I feel no carpet protection was put on my car mats on a snowy day. My mats and carpet were dirty and wet. My car had a pungent oil smell for 5 days after the oil change. I have never had this experience. My dad and brother stated that they feel the oil change was done sloppy. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment and told to change the ac/heater cable would take about 2.5 hours with oil change, 9 hours later I pick up my car. I needed a ride home and back and the vehicles I was driven in were filthy.
Great owner worked with me on a price
Had my cars alternator die out on us in the cold and needed this fixed fast because this is my wife and I's only car. We found Littleton Auto to be one of the only shops open on saturday and they were very helpful and nice to shuttle us to our home and back to the shop. My business will continue to find its home at their Garage.

Needed a battery ASAP due to going out of town, and they got me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Perfect service.
Fast precise work. Didn't charge me for a diagnostic fee because of it being a very obvious leak. Price was fair and i was kept informed of any delays
Tires weren't installed where I wanted them. Floor mat had oil and grim rubbed into them from the tech. No car wash voucher on the day of service. Took all day for a scheduled winter inspection. ?????

I don't know for sure that everything was done correctly but I haven't had any more problems yet. I did appreciate the shuttle ride although they were late opening the office, only by 5 minutes but it caused me some stress getting to work. Overall appreciated all the attention to detail though!

everything was done OK.
We were in a bind because our electric window was stuck down and the weather was getting colder. We went to our regular mechanic, but he couldn't do it for nearly a week. So, we were going to lunch in the area of Littleton Auto and decided to stop in. They were very helpful and said they could do it right away. It was a lifesaver! Thank you!
My concern for not giving this shop as a recommendation, and why I will reconsider coming back is based on the initial charge quoted for the harness that needed to be replaced ($500). My husband called the dealership and found the part was actually $250. While you did honor that price, I am now leery that you would grossly overcharge for items and that I need to check on all things. I prefer to find a shop that does the great work you do, have friendly people like you do, and that also does not take advantage of me (women) by overcharging (doubling) for service.

Nice folks. Comfortable waiting area. I'm perplexed though why they never update the recommendations on the invoice. For example, they made a note several oil changes ago about needing to change my transmission fluid. I had it changed at a different shop and yet they continue to provide the same notes, which is frustrating.

We own 4 vehicles, three older models and one newer. The older cars have needed a lot of repairs lately and the new car just needs regular scheduled maintenance. Aspen is always able to get us in as fast as possible, works with us when the cost is high, and does the repair with expertise!

Good customer service, location is not the most convenient, and prices are ok but not great.
My air cleaner cover was not reinstalled properly and when my girlfriend brought her Subaru in for service the same thing happened to her. I found her air cleaner lid not engaged in the tabs at the bottom so intake air was getting past the filter element. The intake noise gave it away on both our Subarus. Things happen but on two cars? It's not a huge deal but attention to detail is important to me.

Great service and I know that my car is well taken care of. This is very important to me since I have 183,000 miles on it. Yet it runs very well and I attribute this mostly to Aspen. I use the Aspen in Lakewood but have also used the one in North Colorado Springs and the one near Carefree. I am a long time customer.
Nice place, friendly staff, but not the best service. Difficult to get in just for an oil change (need to make an appointment weeks in advance), and during my last one which included a vehicle inspection and tire rotation, they didn't put on 3 of my 5 lug nuts on one wheel. Luckily I noticed, however, it took them nearly 8 hours to put new ones on when it was their fault. Also, the "inspection" missed that my power steering fluid was very low. Luckily the oil changes are cheap and I got some in a package making them cheaper, otherwise I probably wouldn't trust my car here.

While it is a very nice place - I did enjoy the waiting room TV etc. , but their prices for repair work were 20-30% over what other repair shops are....they are in line w/ dealership prices and the reason you go to a local shop is convenience and hopefully to save $.
I really liked the extreme professional atmosphere. I know I'll be back, but I try to do a lot of my own work and I already have a really great and trustworthy mechanic that I usually use. So far, my experience with Aspen Auto Clinic only consists of a single oil change so I need to remain somewhat open minded.
