The place is immaculate. It is very clean. The people are well educated about the products and know what they are doing. The equipment is all up to date, and much of their work is computerized. They also understand German auto and that is important to me because I have a BMW. I believe the owner may have studied in Germany. He is bilingual as well.
I really have had an excellent experience with them. This last time was so-so. For the most part they are very personable (the owner, that is). He is very clear at explaining, in layman's terms, what is going on with my car. There have been times when I've been stranded, and he contacted a wrecker service that he uses to help me out. He just really does take care of his clients.
Went here from the good reviews . Came in with passenger side halo not working . Come time to pick up the car I notice an adptive headlight error leaving the shop . I turn around and go back to find that now my passenger side headlight is now off ! Plugged it up to autologic ,read the error which showed adaptive headlight error on driver sides.by this time The shop is closing so I am told to come back the following morning . When I get home I now notice both headlights are now not working . The next morning I wake up to find alott of condensation in my passenger headlight . I go back to the shop at which point the owner, Edward, says that it's always been like that, and simply says it's my word against his. To add insult to injury , he claims that he cant give me a copy of the diagnoistic because the bmw tech tool conviently broke that day . But was able to text me a picture of a diagnosic done ,But a partial picture which didn't include my vin . I purchased this car with one halo not working and drove like that since untill I decided to get it fixed . Now I leave this shop with working halos and broken headlights . They are unwilling to take responsibility .
