    The place is immaculate. It is very clean. The people are well educated about the products and know what they are doing. The equipment is all up to date, and much of their work is computerized. They also understand German auto and that is important to me because I have a BMW. I believe the owner may have studied in Germany. He is bilingual as well.

    I really have had an excellent experience with them. This last time was so-so. For the most part they are very personable (the owner, that is). He is very clear at explaining, in layman's terms, what is going on with my car. There have been times when I've been stranded, and he contacted a wrecker service that he uses to help me out. He just really does take care of his clients.
