I had the car looked at before I bought it. They said everything was good. Within a week of owning it, they replaced the brakes. The replacement brakes had an issue and I had to have the brakes redone. On all of these visits, I asked if the car was safe for me to drive on a 1,000 miles each way trip. I was assured it was absolutely safe! When I reached my destination, my father noticed a Crack in the tires. We took it to a local shop. They had never seen tires with such bad dry rot. They said I was VERY lucky to have made it that far. They wouldn't let me drive the car any further, even offering to tow it for free to another shop if I preferred to buy tires elsewhere. I've shown pictures of the tires to a couple people and all have echoed that someone must be looking out for me since I didn't a blowout. How can someone fix your brakes twice and not notice the tires? I will never trust them with my safety again.
