I have had nothing but bad service upon bad service at this dealership. I will not be taking my car there for ANY service and I will NEVER buy a car from them again. On one trip I specifically asked the repair man to look at a piece of plastic that was falling off the underside of the car and let me know if it was vital, or if they could just take it off when they did the oil change. They did the oil change and did not even MENTION the obvious plastic piece. I had to walk out to my car with the service person and show them specifically what I was talking about. Then, he looked at it (not on the racks, just on the ground), and said, "Oh. That's probably not important." Also, I take my car in for regular oil changes (because we paid for the lifetime oil change when we bought the car) and on one trip they will mention that my wiper blades are awful and need replacing immediately. 3 months later I will return, WITHOUT having changed the wiper blades and this time they will mark them as "Ok" on their 27 (or whatever number)-point inspection. The service is lousy. If you walk into the service area no one will greet you. You have to walk up to the counter and start talking, no one will come to your car as you pull in or look happy to see you. More likely than not you will get a bad attitude and half-ass service. I frequently encourage people NOT to bring their cars to this dealer.
