Question: Line that runs into the transmission is leaking...

Question

Line that runs into the transmission is leaking... (driver side - right above the pan)

I can't get a wrench to it... And even if I could, I don't know that it would help. The line that runs into the transmission has a little yellow plastic piece housed in the metal nut... What is the trick to access this with a wrench?

This requires a specific tool called a transmission line quick disconnect. It either expands or contracts the plastic retainer and you then pull the line out from the nut. No need removing the nut.
