Extremely satisfied with dealer repairs, scheduling, and waiting area. I'm generally willing to pay this dealer's premium prices due to comfort level of waiting area and attentiveness of repair staff.
CAVEAT: Check your owner's manual and research your car repairs on this site to make sure you are only buying repairs that are necessary. Service "customer representatives" are paid on a commission basis and some will try to sell unnecessary repairs/services to increase their income. This is not specific to Lindsay Lexus but occurs at every dealership I've used over the past 20 years.
