My 2005 Ford Focus went into the shop only once at 85000 of its 92000 miles. It needed an alternator. The alternator they put in was defective and had to be replaced again. Lindsay paid for the tow for the second alternator. I would say that the failure of the replaced alternator was not their fault and paying for the tow was very good of them. I would give them four stars the work and five on customer service.
