Really nice people who consistently do a good honest job. (Wish you were open the weekend for oil changes, though).
Did not complete the job as said. This was the second time the incorrect oil was put in the vehicle. 10% discounted not honored due to the agent not adding to notes when took service order.
Picked up serviced vehicle and within 4 miles all warning lights came o& engine started shutting down. I immediately called Dennis and he dispatched a team & wrecker to return it and me to shop to remedy.

Great for emission repair and difficult to diagnose problems. I was told elsewhere there were two expensive repairs, but L.A.C. found a less expensive repair would fix one of them and it passed emissions.
Dennis get's a number '1' in my book when comes to honesty, customer service, fairness about an estimate about a procedure, and promptness on estimates and completion!

I had made arrangements to drop the car by the shop for an oil change. It took a long time to make the appointment, and then the oil change took a long time as well. Fortunately, this was not my first time at Lilburn Auto, so I know that it was an uncharacteristic problem.

Lilburn Auto has always done a very good job maintaining my vehicles.
I just found the staff to be especially helpful. This wasn't a regular thing, this was an emergency where we broke down. We ended up at the auto shop, and they just went out of their way to help us. If I lived in the state, I would use them all the time.
I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. They have always been more than fair to me.

I have been to numerous other places in the past, and have been told I need this and that. As a matter of fact, my mother-in-law started using their place because she used to take her car to the dealership and they told her she needed a new engine because it was making a whistling sound; she had a crack in the block. She took it up there to Lilburn Auto and they started laughing and said they were just screwing you. Every time I've gone there, I've never been jacked around. I used to go to other places; every time I went in just for an oil change, I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff done because this is wrong and that's wrong, but you never get that at Lilburn. I never get the run-around. I always feel like a get a fair shake. They tell me if I need something and they tell me why I need it and they show me I need it. If I'm a little strapped for cash, they tell me if the repair can wait. They are always fair and honest there. I've been going to them for more than 10 years.
They didn't actually find out what was wrong with the car. Last time I went in, they just told me it needed a tune up.
They were very prompt. They were very reasonable. The customer service was reasonable, and the repair was very good.
They actually helped me see some other issues that other centers made. I had the car repaired at two other centers, and they found the mistakes that they made.

They were nice people and I thought I had to spend a whole lot more money, but they let me know that the cost for what was actually wrong was a lot cheaper.
In the shop's defense, they did give me an option as to whether to put in the correct part or the incorrect part, but I don't think that is a decision that the customer should make. I think if you are a mechanic, you should know that the correct part is the correct part and the customer shouldn't have to do the research on the Internet to tell you what is the right thing to do.
