Lilburn Auto Center has been serving the local community for over 20 years with owners Bob and Kathryn Croxton at the helm. They also have the honor of becoming the second RepairPal Certified shop in all of Georgia! Bob has been an automotive instructor and he continues his teaching ways with his crew both personally, and by sending them to training on a regular basis. Their group of technicians are well rounded with a mix of experience, certification and training. They have great support with the quality tools, equipment, and information needed to properly perform their job. All services and repairs are backed by a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty, and in some cases even longer (see shop for details). The owners are friends of mine and have always treated us fairly.
They have always kept me updated on the price and progress on service. They take the time to explain what is needed.
Very friendly and most of all good service on my car. I do not feel like I am pushed into doing things that are not nessesary to be done.
Lilburn Auto has been taking care of my vehicles since 2003 They have always given me great service and I never has any problems with any and all repairs and maintenance they have done on them. They service goes above and beyond all expectations.
Honest, Professional, and use top of the line parts. The staff is friendly.
They are honest and will even walk you under your car to show you what's wrong.
Service is good but not open on Saturday.
They have always taken care of my cars in a professional and reasonable manner and are friendly and helpful.
I've been very happy with the work done on my Taurus.
After 10 years of trying to find a competent and professional mechanic, Lilburn Auto and the entire staff go above and beyond each and everytime time on our fleet of trucks. Very honest and detailed.
Every time I go to Lilburn Auto Care I get excellent service from everyone.
I think they are curtious and do a very good job.
I feel they provide good service but sometimes overwhelm with list of service recommendations.
I like the people and the service.
Good reliable service reasonably priced, friendly technicians. I feel I can trust them with my vehicle as well as my wallet.
They make sure your car is fixed correctly and are competitively priced. Their customer service is first class.
Good work, a little too pricey
Service Is Good...But I Wish You Take American Express
Lilburn Auto has always done a very good job maintaining my vehicles.
I just found the staff to be especially helpful. This wasn't a regular thing, this was an emergency where we broke down. We ended up at the auto shop, and they just went out of their way to help us. If I lived in the state, I would use them all the time.
I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. They have always been more than fair to me.
They were just very professional, very helpful.
They have always been really good, and they are good mechanics. I would go back to them.
I have been to numerous other places in the past, and have been told I need this and that. As a matter of fact, my mother-in-law started using their place because she used to take her car to the dealership and they told her she needed a new engine because it was making a whistling sound; she had a crack in the block. She took it up there to Lilburn Auto and they started laughing and said they were just screwing you. Every time I've gone there, I've never been jacked around. I used to go to other places; every time I went in just for an oil change, I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff done because this is wrong and that's wrong, but you never get that at Lilburn. I never get the run-around. I always feel like a get a fair shake. They tell me if I need something and they tell me why I need it and they show me I need it. If I'm a little strapped for cash, they tell me if the repair can wait. They are always fair and honest there. I've been going to them for more than 10 years.
They didn't actually find out what was wrong with the car. Last time I went in, they just told me it needed a tune up.
They were very prompt. They were very reasonable. The customer service was reasonable, and the repair was very good.
They actually helped me see some other issues that other centers made. I had the car repaired at two other centers, and they found the mistakes that they made.
They were nice people and I thought I had to spend a whole lot more money, but they let me know that the cost for what was actually wrong was a lot cheaper.
I'm pleased with the service they gave me.
In the shop's defense, they did give me an option as to whether to put in the correct part or the incorrect part, but I don't think that is a decision that the customer should make. I think if you are a mechanic, you should know that the correct part is the correct part and the customer shouldn't have to do the research on the Internet to tell you what is the right thing to do.
