Put yourself in my shoes for a minute. I live in Cincinnati. My 20 year old son is working a co-op job in Atlanta. His car breaks down. What do I do?
Not knowing where to turn, we decide to visit a Chrysler dealer "very close to Lilburn". The dealer charges us a $125 "diagnostic fee" to tell us that it will cost $2,005 to fix our 2001 Sebring!! We turn to Dennis and the team at Lilburn Auto Center. Their diagnosis reveals the need for a starter, which they fix in one day, at a cost of a little over $300. Did they take advantage of this out-of-towner, like the Chrysler dealer? NO. Instead, Lilburn recognized a family in need, and provided honesty, integrity and friendship.
I am not one to typically write reviews, but felt very compelled to do so in this case.
The best way for me to say thank you is to tell others about the fairness and integrity of the folks at Lilburn. Please consider them the next time you need an auto repair. You will not be disappointed!

This is a top notch shop and does exceptional work. I had only found Lilburn Auto Center through a Google search and have not had any other references to go by. They gave me a quote over the phone for my install and alignment and held that price even after it took an extra 1.5 hrs to install my shocks. (This was of no fault of their own as many of the suspension components had 5+ years of rust and they typical install for this type work is 4-8 hrs from my experience)
I also got an alignment the same day and am very happy with the results and tolerances to which each measurement was adjusted to! This shop will adjust the caster, camber and toe of your vehicle to with in .01 tolerance which is not typical at many shops.
I feel I paid a very fair price and I am going back to bring my Wife's vehicle soon!

I have been to numerous other places in the past, and have been told I need this and that. As a matter of fact, my mother-in-law started using their place because she used to take her car to the dealership and they told her she needed a new engine because it was making a whistling sound; she had a crack in the block. She took it up there to Lilburn Auto and they started laughing and said they were just screwing you. Every time I've gone there, I've never been jacked around. I used to go to other places; every time I went in just for an oil change, I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff done because this is wrong and that's wrong, but you never get that at Lilburn. I never get the run-around. I always feel like a get a fair shake. They tell me if I need something and they tell me why I need it and they show me I need it. If I'm a little strapped for cash, they tell me if the repair can wait. They are always fair and honest there. I've been going to them for more than 10 years.

In the shop's defense, they did give me an option as to whether to put in the correct part or the incorrect part, but I don't think that is a decision that the customer should make. I think if you are a mechanic, you should know that the correct part is the correct part and the customer shouldn't have to do the research on the Internet to tell you what is the right thing to do.
