Question: lights wont turn on since I changed my starter

I changed the starter on my 1997 dodge caravan sport and now the exterior and interior lights wont come on I retighted the wires to the starter and checked all the fuses dont know what else it could be

    did you check to make sure there wasn't some sort of short that may have caused the interior lights to burn out? follow any and every wire that leads to all of the interior lights and look for a short or grounded wire.
