Several of the button backlights have quit working, such as buttons on radio and front defogger, and rear window defogger, as well as some lamps in the steering wheel controls. They all seem to have gone out at about the same time. Could there be a common problem or just a coincidence that all went out at the same time?

MasterWhile it is not uncommon for the backlighting bulbs to go out on your 2005 Buick LeSabre I know of no issue which causes this. In most cases the only way to replace the bulbs is to replace the affected part.
