If you're an idiot that has gotten a DUI, like me, then steer clear of this place to have the interlock installed in your vehicle. After all of the hassles that you are going through, you don't need someone else to be rude to you.
One would think that, being a 'service' business, a company would provide some sort of customer service. This business, however, is run on the principle of 'Do what we say or we will charge you more, and there is nothing you can do about it.'
The only way that their sense of self-entitlement will change is if consumers vote with their money. Even if you are forced to have an interlock device installed, you are not forced to be treated like a Dumbass by someone that you are paying for their services. Find a place that has management and employees with common courtesy to spend your money at.
