Hondas can run forever . . . if you change your oil at least as frequently as the manufacturer recommends, and probably more frequently, and if you maintain it exactly according to your owner's manual, you can expect to keep driving it for hundreds of thousands of miles.

I know technicians who have customers with Hondas and Toyotas that have been maintained this way and have well over 400,000 miles on them.

One word of caution: the transmission may need special attention and may not have quite that long a life in it.
